SALES
May 2015Â - August 2017
Working in different industries of sales has given me a great understanding of hitting targets, and knowing what to ask customers to understand what they may need. In my background, I have refined these methods and utilized them across different platforms. From food to tanning products, I know how to identify needs you didn't know existed.
ASSISTANT COACH
January 2018 - Current
As any college student looking for a part-time job, I took up soccer coaching despite never having played before. Working as an assistant soccer coach for children ages 2-6 strengthened my ability to adapt to where I am not familiar. My responsibilities include creating lesson plans, setting up equipment, and maintaining attention and control of classes. This experience has not only taught me patience, but also the ability to learn from others and delegate effectively.
RESEARCH AND FIELD
August 2016 - May 2017
At St. Edward's University, I conducted an experiment that involved testing the impact of social media on negative affect. This included creating surveys, dispersing them on social media sites, and collecting and analyzing information. This study taught me how to form a testable hypothesis, collect the data and interpret it.

What I’ve Learned
My education has not only provided the foundation for the rest of my experiences but has also made me a lifelong learner who is eager to gain more skills and knowledge. As a Senior at St. Edward's University, I have obtained a unique set of skills that clearly sets me apart from a majority in my field of education. As a psychology major, people are my strong suit. My personality and character allow me to thrive where I am planted near others. Understanding the dynamics of implicit social behavior is one of my strong suits making me a great asset to any team or company.

My past experiences, coupled with my specific education, allows me to thrive in high-stress environments. APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
The Smart Move
As part of a business communication project, I collaborated with a strategy team to fix a specific flaw in a new job search company in Austin. We came up with an app that would target 94% of job seekers on smartphone devices and increase the company brand awareness. It not only expanded access to the job site but also helped employers reach candidates more efficiently.
FUNDRAISING
Race For the Cure
Starting in high school, I have fundraised for plenty of programs. Relay for life is a cancer research based fundraising program that is held every year all over the world. Millions of cancer survivors and those in treatment, walk all night long to raise funds for the program. For several years I have been a part of promoting this program through selling t-shirts as well as performing the Star-Spangled Banner at several opening ceremonies.
PORTFOLIO DEVELOPMENT

To expand my expertise, I have joined with several personal assistant branded companies based in Austin that focus on various jobs. Some of my responsibilities include delivering orders, dog walking, picking up groceries, and transporting materials in local areas. I have diversified knowledge in several domains that make me a great "go-to" when you need something done well.
